Challenge
The customer is experiencing recurring black stains on fixtures. Cleaning removes it but they return time after time. The customer installed a DIY water softener but it has not resolved the issue.
Solution
A water test revealed elevated hardness level, unbalanced pH, manganese, and iron that a regular softener couldn't filter. Installed a TotalCare Unit to resolve all the issues and customer is no longer experiencing problems.
